terms & conditions
sorry to have to have such a thing as "terms & conditions" but here they are.... just to clarify some things like payment, security deposits, cancellation policy etc.
Payment
The 25% down-payment is non-refundable. The remaining 75% is due in our account one month before the start of the rental period (for the Almeria house) or is paid in cash on arrival (Jonsdorf).
Cancellation
A cancellation of a booking between a month and 14 days before rental period has a 50 % of total rental price cancellation fee. A cancellation made less than two weeks before the start of the rental period would mean a 100% cancellation fee. Obviously, if we managed to find someone to replace the same booking we will make a refund. This is at our discretion.
cancellation fees (summary):
- from booking to one month before rental period: 25% of total rental price
- between a month and 14 days before rental period: 50 % of total rental price
- Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of total rental price
We advise guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover the event of cancellation.
Fittings and furnishings
If, beyond our control, any item at the accommodation (eg. TV, DVD etc) is not functioning or missing we will do our best to provide a replacement or similar - this however can not be guaranteed and the guest has no right to compensation. We will of course endeavour to rectify any problem as soon as possible.
Liability
We can accept no liability for damage to personal belonging or person while staying at our accommodation. Again, we advise the taking out of adequate travel insurance to cover all eventualities.
