how to book
If you have decided to book, or have further inquiries.....
please contact us via the contact form here and we will confirm availability and the price for the period requested and answer any other questions you may have.
securing your booking
If you are happy to proceed we will send you details of how to pay the 25% down-payment (non-refundable). The down-payment is payable either to our bank account or by paypal. With paypal we will send the "request for payment" to your paypal registered email address. Fees are applicable when paying via paypal - but it normally works out cheaper than an international bank transfer!
Once you have made a transfer/payment we ask that you send us a quick email to confirm this.
We will then confirm receipt of payment.
The booking is only 100% secure once the down-payment has arrived on our account.
remaining payment
The remaining 75% payment is either payable one month before your arrival date (Almeria) or on arrival in cash (Jonsdorf).
security deposit
A breakages deposit of 150 euros is payable on arrival and this is either returned on departure (Jonsdorf) or within 10 days to your bank account (Almeria).

Please send us your flight details as soon as you have them.

arrangements for arrival
Approximately one week before your arrival date we will confirm arrangements for your arrival and provide detailed directions to the accommodation.

check-in is from 3pm to midnight
check-out is by 10am
Almeria
check-in is from 4pm to midnight
check-out is by 10am
We can be flexible outside of these times dependent on whether someone else is also checking-in or out on the day in question.
